The Peter Shergold Building is located in the Western Sydney University Parramatta CBD Campus on the corner of Smith Street and Macquarie Street.
Pedestrian access is available from Macquarie Street.
If you wish to get around Sydney by public transport, you will need an Opal card or contactless payment facilities to use on trains, trams and buses. You can purchase an Opal card or, download the free app (from Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or, enjoy the convenience of travelling and paying your fare with a credit or debit card or device. The closest train station is Parramatta Train Station, a short 3-minute walk.
Shuttle buses run between WSU campuses across Campbelltown, Hawkesbury, Parramatta and Penrith campuses. You can view schedules and also track shuttle buses in real-time using the Shuttle Tracker.

Sydney weather
August in Sydney generally has pleasant, but cool, temperatures and moderate rainfall. It is advisable to carry an umbrella with you at all times. Average temperatures range from a minimum of 110C to a maximum of 180C.

The dress code for the conference and all social functions is as you wish.
